Chancellor John Piper Teaching Future Grace

During the month of March, our Chancellor & Professor of Practical Theology and Biblical Exegesis John Piper is leading a special event related to his classic book Future Grace.

March 16–17, Pastor John is leading a free seminar through the major points of the book over a Friday evening and Saturday morning at Bethlehem Baptist Church’s downtown campus. The schedule of the seminar is:

Day 1 » Friday, March 16 » 7:00 - 9:00pm (two sessions, + Q&A)

Day 2 » Saturday, March 17 » 9:00am - 12:00pm (three sessions)

Back in 1994, Chancellor Piper wrote that, “This faith in future grace is the motive for obedience that preserves the gracious quality of human obedience. Obedience does not consist in paying God back and thus turning grace into a trade. Obedience comes from trusting in God for more grace—future grace—and thus magnifying the infinite resources of God’s love and power.”

At DesiringGod.org, you can watch a video invitation from Pastor John. We hope you will join us.
